Women-only Meditation Cruise

Join us for a women-only meditation day aboard our sailing yacht, where you can relax and connect with yourself and others in a peaceful setting. 

The day will start with a guided meditation session on the deck, led by an experienced instructor to help you unwind. Throughout the cruise, you'll have the opportunity to participate in various meditation practices, including mindfulness and breathwork, all while taking in the beautiful sea views. 

This women-only meditation day is a chance to slow down, reflect, and recharge. We look forward to having you join us for this special experience!

Meal and drinks included in the price*: 

• Skioufichta with Apaki (traditional Cretan recipe)**
• fresh Greek salad
• tzatziki
• fresh fruit salad
• Wine, soft drinks, juice, water
• Traditional cookies

**Skioufichta is traditional cretan pasta, and Apaki is a delicately fragrant, fat-free cut of chicken, thinly sliced and carefully smoked or dried, with its rich flavor and tenderness coming from the quality meat and traditional preparation

For your sailing yacht cruise, bring lightweight clothing, light jacket, cover-ups, bathing suit, comfortable footwear, and sun protection essentials. Include personal items, medications, and a towel. Be prepared for both relaxation and adventure!

Keep in mind that sailing is subject to weather conditions. Therefore, depending on the weather, we will either visit the Ag. Georgios bay or the Panagia bay (Dia Island), or the coast line of Heraklion.
